This premium plum-infused sake presents deep amber hues and seductive aromas of black plum, marzipan, and sandalwood. The palate is rich and velvety, with flavors of plum jam, toasted almond, and a touch of cinnamon that scored 91 points (12% alcohol, 48g/L RS). Made by steeping organic Italian plums in Junmai-grade sake for 8 months, it achieves remarkable depth without artificial flavors.
