The nose bursts with bracing aromas of green apple, sea spray, and crushed oyster shell. The bone-dry palate delivers flavors of lime pith, celery salt, and wet stone with mouthwatering acidity (8.1 g/L TA) that earned consistent 92-94 point scores. Fermented cool in stainless steel with native yeasts, this 11.5% alcohol wine finishes with a briny snap.
