Durin Riviera Ligure di Ponente Pigato ‘24

This distinctive white from Liguria shimmers with a pale straw color with green reflections. The nose is intensely aromatic, offering layers of white peach, citrus blossom, and a pronounced saline minerality. The palate is crisp yet textured, with flavors of ripe pear, almond, and a distinctive briny note that speaks to its coastal origins. Made from 100% Pigato (the local clone of Vermentino) grown in limestone soils, the wine earned 92 points for its typicity and complexity. The long, mineral finish makes it superb with seafood pasta or grilled octopus.
