The palate delivers both richness and refreshment - flavors of yellow apple, acacia honey, and crushed almond unfold with textured weight balanced by electric acidity (6.1 g/L TA) that earned consistent 91-point accolades. A blend of 60% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc and 10% Clairette, fermented in stainless steel with partial malolactic.
