From flinty clay soils in the eastern Sancerrois, this Pinot Noir rosé shimmers with a delicate onion-skin hue and silver reflections. The nose enchants with wild strawberry, white peach, and an unmistakable pierre à fusil minerality. The palate offers remarkable concentration—flavors of blood orange, crushed raspberry, and a touch of saline chalk unfold across a silk-textured midpalate that earned 92 points from La Revue du Vin de France. Fermented cool in stainless steel with extended lees contact, this 13% alcohol rosé finishes with a mouthwatering acidity that dances on the palate. Serve slightly chilled with rillettes de canard or salmon tartare to appreciate its Burgundian finesse in rosé form—the 2023 vintage shows exceptional purity from an ideal flowering season.
