The 30A Pinot Gris from Willamette Valley features aromas of white flowers, spiced pears, slate, white pepper, and pluot. The palate is layered with spice, sweet peach, candied ginger, and orange cream, balanced by mouthwatering acidity. The growing season began with cool temperatures, followed by warm days that aided grape development, and cooler weather in late August allowed for optimal ripening. Harvested in late September, the wine underwent whole-cluster pressing, fermentation in stainless steel, and aging in both neutral French oak and stainless steel before being filtered and bottled.
