30A Chardonnay from Willamette Valley features aromas of apricot, matchstick, wet stones, barrel spice, and orange oil. On the palate, it offers fresh peach, honeycrisp apple, creamy vanilla, and spice, with a balanced and fleshy texture. The wine has a lively acidity and a lingering finish. The growing season was marked by cool temperatures, followed by warm weather, allowing optimal grape development. Harvested in late September to early October, the wine underwent barrel and stainless steel fermentation, partial malolactic fermentation, and lees stirring, then aged in neutral French oak and stainless steel before being filtered and bottled.
