A zippy & saline Folle Blanche from the Loire Valley. With light brioche and baked apple on the nose, the palate has rich, toasty almond butter croissant flavors with lemon curd and some baking spice. Dry with nice persistence on the finish. Great on its own as an aperitif, or enjoy it with fish, shellfish, or other light dishes.
