The Premium Reserve Brut character revealed in its Rosé version: its blending of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Meunier gets animated when the red wine of Bouzy (7 to 9%) joins it. Dense aromas of red fruits combine with the roundness of Charles Mignon style. A rose petal color translates its elegance. This has no dosage.
