White wine with maceration produces an “Orange wine,” light copper with amber shades. From three local varieties that best express the terroir, hand-harvested, vegan friendly, and sustainably produced. Quince, peach, apricot, and hints of thyme on the nose. Distinct minerality, citrus, and thyme on the palate. Gentle and sweet tannins with long, fresh, and lasting aftertaste rounded with roasted almonds.
